Step 1: You send us your client's details
Complete a simple data capture form and send it to us by e-mail, fax or post. Pass one of our business cards onto your client, so they'll know to expect our call.
Step 2: We'll contact your client
One of our introducer team will contact your client at the time of day that you've told us is convenient for them. We'll ask the client for a few more details to provide them with a guaranteed quote.
Your client can then choose whether or not to buy their insurance over the telephone right then, or they may take some time to think about it.
Step 3: We'll advise you what your client decides to do
We'll email you at each stage of sales process to let you know if your client...
- has taken up insurance with us
- is considering the quote
- or has decided not to proceed
Step 4: What we do after your client has made their decision
If your client decides to takes out insurance with us...
We'll email confirmation of cover to them on the same day, and we'll advise you of their premium and your commission.
If your client decides not to take out insurance with us...
We'll advise you of this and arrange to contact your client again when their policy is due to renew.
