You can even track the progress of each case via Your Place. See who spoke to your client, when, what was discussed and at what stage in the process the quote is. All case and compliance documentation is then automatically stored in Your Place for easy future reference.

Step by Step

Step 1

To start referring cases immediately, you'll need to log in using your unique numerical broker ID and password.

Step 2
Once logged in, select ‘Submit a New Referral’. To refer your clients, simply fill in the details requested in the online form (shown above).
Step 3

You can go online at any time to view an individual client’s progress using the Client Referral Service. Click the ‘refer’ client’ button on the home page, then ‘Your Referrals’
