Working For Source

Culture overview
At Source we’ve worked hard to create a culture to be proud of. Our people are an integral part of our brand and philosophy, they are the wheels that keep our company turning and excelling.

The culture in Source is like no other. We pride ourselves on providing our employees with the tools to continue learning and achieving, and we put a heavy emphasis on wellbeing and a healthy work-life balance.

We’re very proud of our achievements;

Best Company Word Class to work for
Three Star
Accreditation
25th Best Small Company
To Work For In The UK
our values
Internally, we have devised our set of values, to ensure we are true to our core beliefs, in every decision we make. These are our key focus points for every area of Source:
Thoughtful in
our actions
Simplicity in our process
Clarity in our communications
Supportive in how we educate
Transparent in our intentions
Source Community
The Source Community Team plans events for colleagues to get involved with, throughout the year.

In normal circumstances this would include raffles, summer and Christmas parties, free pizza days and ‘SourceFest’ – our very own festival with live music, food and drink!

During lockdown, we kept the community spirit going with fancy dress competitions, Zoom bingo evenings, a weekly book club and most recently, sent everyone their Christmas wish from the Source Pole.

Additional Source colleague benefits;

An extra day off for your birthday.
A colleague profit share scheme.
Funding for professional qualifications.
Access to Perk Box for big brand discounts.

Mental Health
Mental wellbeing is important for us all, perhaps even more so in recent times. Source colleagues have access to qualified Mental Health First Aiders, who are available to help with any worries or struggles.

All colleagues are also entitled to a ‘me day’, an extra day of annual leave for that day when you’re just not feeling up to it.
