Different name, same great cover
From 1st October, as part of a reorganisation of the AmTrust Group, our LIM & CLE legal expenses products will transfer to Arc Legal Assistance Ltd.
As you’ll already know, all policies placed with Source include Legal Cover as standard. Our Legal Cover providers have announced an update that we’d like to share with you.
What is changing?
There is no change to the policies themselves, all terms, conditions and cover limits will remain the same, just the legal entities, underwriters and claims numbers are changing.
LIM Landlords will also be changing to Arc, and the terms will remain the same.

*Cover applies to the named person on the schedule, their spouse and children, normally resident in the home (or under 21).
Legal expenses for Landlords protects against the cost of having a disruptive tenant, including events such as evicting squatters and repossessing the property.
