Mal has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years, with experience at Eagle Star and Zurich Insurance.

Mal led the general insurance businesses within the LSL Property Insurance Group, and most recently worked for a digital online mortgage broker as CEO.

Mal re-joined Source Insurance in 2022, having previously been MD in 2004.
