One of our most significant changes is reducing the number of Declarations from 27 to 13.
You told us the Declarations were too long, and we agreed. Reducing them streamlines the quoting process and saves advisers time on GI.
This change makes the process more manageable while still collecting essential information. By saving time, you can concentrate on other important aspects of your services.

We’ve Removed Questions from the Core Journey
You also noted there were too many questions, so we have simplified the core process.
We have removed unnecessary questions and increased auto-population where possible. This reduces manual input and gives you more control over repeated information.
These improvements create a more efficient quoting process, making it smoother for advisers and easier for clients. This also leads to more effective conversations with less time spent on details.

We’ve Moved Client Contact Details to the End of the Quote
We have also moved email and telephone details to the Summary of Cover page.
You requested that contact details appear later in the process, after a quote is obtained. This reduces barriers to finding the right quote and makes the process more natural and sequential.
By removing these barriers, advisers can find quotes more easily and reduce possible friction with clients.

We’ve Removed a Step to Reach the Panel
We understand that advisers value reaching pricing as quickly as possible.
We have combined the Person and Property pages to reduce the number of steps. Now, only one step remains before you can access our panel of insurers.
