How to Help Your Clients Switch

If your client already has a policy through us and has paper documents, it’s easy to switch to electronic. In fact, they can do so at the click of a button! All they have to do is log in to the policyholder portal, where the option will be there for your customer to switch to digital documents.

Steps to Switching

Ask your policyholders to register to use the online portal

Tell your policyholder to log into the policyholder portal using their customer reference number and password
Find the 'Documents' section and select option to 'Switch now'
Refresh page to view all your documents online
