Private Medical Insurance, also known as Health Insurance, provides cover for private medical treatment if your clients become ill or suffer an injury.
While the NHS offers excellent care, it can often involve long waiting times and uncertainty. With Private Health Insurance, your clients can access faster diagnosis and treatment, helping them get back to full health sooner and with less stress.
Beyond speed, Private Medical Insurance also gives your clients greater choice and comfort. They can select from a range of hospitals and treatment centres, enjoy the privacy of their own room and schedule appointments at times that suit them.
Whether they’re looking to cover themselves or their entire family, there are a variety of health insurance options available to suit their needs and budget.
We work with Health Insurance experts, ActiveQuote, who will search their panel of insurers to find your clients a quote to meet their needs.

When you refer your PMI with Source you can expect to earn a flat fee per successful case.
- On cases with premiums below or equal to £750, you’ll earn £100.
- On cases with premiums over £750 and below or equal to £2,000, you’ll earn £200.
- On cases with premiums over £2,000, you’ll earn £300.
- First, you’ll enter your client’s basic contact details. We will need their full name, email address, mobile number, postcode and date of birth.
- Once you’re happy with the entered details, click the button labelled ‘Generate new PMI Quote’.
- This will send your referral directly to ActiveQuote.
- Next, ActiveQuote will organise a screening call with your client to check their suitability for the product.
- From here, ActiveQuote will pass your client on to their specialist health insurance adviser team who will complete the quote and ensure the cover meets your clients needs.
- Once their cover is in place, you’ll receive your payment.

- Once you have a registered account, you’ll need to log into the broker portal.
- From here you can access PMI in two different ways.
– The first way is directly via the navigation on the left hand side, by selecting ‘PMI”.
– The other way is when submitting a home and landlord insurance policy, you’ll see a PMI referral pop-up on the final screen after submission, from here you can simply enter the details and submit.
