We would like to extend a warm welcome to Carl Oakes, who has joined us as our new Director of Sales.

Carl joins us from Arthur J Gallagher and brings a wealth of knowledge of the broker market with him.

With experience in senior roles at Legal & General including heading up the Halifax general insurance proposition, its Broker business, and his latter role as Head of New product. Carl is no stranger to delivering innovative solutions and helping brokers unlock new opportunities within the mortgage market.

Carl tells us, “I’m really excited to be joining the team, having worked with Source in my previous roles. The last few years have been challenging in many ways for brokers, but there are enormous opportunities for growth on the horizon.

Carl will be heading up our sales and marketing functions, and it won’t come as a surprise that he has plenty of fresh ideas that he is ready to implement. In addition, Carl’s appointment sees him joining our board of talented and experienced directors, where we are looking forward to the impact he is sure to make.
