Our 2022 Highlights!
Our Innovative Systems
In February, we introduced a new UX for the broker quotation systems, where we utilised the use of auto-population, making the process smoother and quicker for advisers. By implementing streamlined questions and rapid results, our new system has proven to be a success throughout our services, with our in-house development efforts being shared across the company.
Fresh Faces!
In 2022, we saw the return of Malcolm Guest as our Managing Director, bolstering the Board of Directors with a familiar presence. Moving from Chairman to MD, Mal is an addition that adds a wealth of experience to the company, welcomed by all.
On top of this, the company saw the arrival of Carl Oakes as Sales and Marketing Director and Gavin Judd appointed to the National Sales Manager position.
Our First-Class Training
In June, we officially launched our CPD Club, providing brokers with a range of topics to expand their knowledge. We know how integral education is, so we want to ensure everyone has the tools to expand their learning.
From Learning at Work weeks to our Have a Go Month campaign, we have seen many brokers improve their education whilst earning crucial CPD minutes throughout the year. With a wide range of topics to choose from, there’s something for everyone.
On top of this, we also have webinars, eBooks, light-learning videos, and articles to help you expand your expertise on a growing selection of topics.

Throughout the company, we have appropriately trained teams to ensure that the needs of our brokers and their customers don’t go unanswered. With our broker support agents and customer service team providing meaningful interactions, we have you at the centre of our priorities.

After making significant steps throughout the year, we will continue to improve and advance our systems by investing in our technology. This will help advisers and clients improve their relationships, keeping touchpoints and interactions meaningful. In an age centred around technology, Source takes pride in its systems to ensure advisers and their customers can find the perfect insurance policy hassle-free.
Finally, we will continue to provide our brokers and their customers with our whole-of-market selection of blue-chip insurers to ensure that the ideal insurance policy is just a click away. In addition, we have enhanced our Landlord offering to include rent guarantee.
