We’ve been busy improving and updating our website, to make it easier to use and more straightforward to find the important information you need.
Why has Source made this change?
They say it’s a bad thing to sing your own praises, however, we’re very proud of the company we’ve built over the last 25+ years and we want our website to be the place to highlight all the ways that Source benefits our brokers. With ongoing expert support, earning long term, flexible commission and our generous Source Rewards scheme, there’s plenty for our brokers to achieve.
Please take some time to have a look around our recent website revamp. We’ve updated our colour scheme and images, and spent time making sure that each page is user-friendly and full of great content. We hope you’ll think so too. We’d really like your feedback, so that we can make further tweaks of improvement in the coming weeks. We’ve updated our FAQ section to ensure we have the answers to your most common questions. Take a look through to find the information you need; you can use the search function to ask a specific question or search for key words. However, if you have any questions that aren’t covered here, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Did you know that almost all of the pictures on our website are either of Source staff or have been taken by them? We’re extremely proud of the team that we’ve built at Source.

Where can I find resources?
You can easily find important information such as policy wordings and comparison charts, to answer your client’s specific questions about their cover, in our updated web layout. At the bottom of this page you’ll also find support materials to enhance your GI knowledge or eBooks to share with your clients to help them understand the need for insuring their home and possessions.
What is the Source LearningLab?
LearningLab is our own library of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accredited content, accessible to all Source registered brokers via The Source platform.
We’ve always created content to educate and inform our brokers, however, for 2021 we’re generating even more. We’re regularly creating new LearningLab modules, to cover topics that are important to you and that will help you to boost your GI business further. These topics include remaining compliant, tips for selling and working on soft skills such as presenting.
Take a look at a preview of the type of content you can expect on the LearningLab page, the rest of the CPD accredited modules will be available for registered Source brokers by logging in to YourPlace. What about my clients?
We’ve also created a separate website for your clients (our policyholders), so that they can receive specific content that’s relevant to them.
The information available to policyholders on our website and within their ePortal will allow them to find answers to their frequently asked questions. Policyholders can also access important information about their policy, including their insurer’s contact details that they’d need in the event of a claim, so that they can be empowered to self-service their accounts.
